SHIFT 2025 is a two-day professional learning summit organised by The PD Elite and hosted by Kang Chiao International School–Xiugang Campus. The summit brings together educators to engage in impactful professional development centered on AI integration, inclusive education, and leadership growth.

Over the two days, participants will explore how to design for equity while embracing innovation. With a focus on AI integration, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL), participants will engage in immersive, hands-on workshops that drive transformative change in curriculum design, instructional practice, and school-wide systems.
